Salmon River, Steelhead
Nov 20th, 2012, 12:44am

This past weekend I decided to go on a fly fishing trip to the Salmon River with my roommate and a group of alumni from Bates College. The river is located in the town of Altmar, New York. We primarily fished the fly fishing only section of the upper river.  On average for the three days of fishing I landed 5-6 fish per day, and the biggest was 33 inches.

Here is some pictures from the weekend.

T,

Those are beautiful fish!!

You are an inspiration to old guys like me, knowing that, some day, if I keep working at it, I will be as good a fisherman as yourself.   Grin

Keep those reports coming.
