Title: Saltwater Saturday   4/9
Post by Lew_Riffle on Mar 31st, 2011, 7:36am

We are meeting at Santa Claus Beach Saturday 830 am the 9th of April just after low tide to see if we can get into some fish.   Yes the newsletter said Sunday the 10th but Saturday is going to be much better.  You can still fish Sunday if you have an epiphany or something.
Waders are nice and warm but wet wading is not out of the question.  Eric at the Artful Angler can set you up with the right rig which should be something win the 6 to 8 wt range with at sinking head of 200 to 300 grains tied on the end of your line.  A stripping basket is highly recomended even if it is somethig as simple as a laundry tub and bungee cord.
                                                                                Come on out!   LEW
