Rob Lusardi of Cal Trout has 5 projects throughout the summer from April into September.  There is a PDF download from Serria Drifters which will serve as link for now [url]http://www.sierradrifters.com/pdf/CT_volunteers.pdf[url]
Also see the calendar on this web page for the tentative schedule of events.

Lew, you almost got it.  ;)

You need to use a close url tag at the end. That's one with a / like this: [/url]  Yours is the same as the begin tag ( [url] ), that's why it's not working.

You can easily insert both tags by using one of the little tag icons in the typing screen. It the second one in the bottom row. If you hold your cursor over it you will see the words "Insert Hyperlink" pop up.

However when the link is comple, such as the one you are trying to post, the tags are optional. The forum software willl recognize it as a link and take care of it for you.

Here's a link using the tags and placing the link inside the beginning tag and using words to act as the link:

California Trout Volunteer Opportunities - Eastern Sierra (http://www.sierradrifters.com/pdf/CT_volunteers.pdf)

Instructions for doing this with examples can be found in the "Help" section. (menu at top of page)
